Commercial Portfolio Manager/Credit Manager

We’re looking for someone to build the first full program in Commercial Lending at the Atlantic Federal Credit Union. This opportunity is great for a candidate who is looking towards taking the next step in his or her career. The candidate will need Commercial Credit and Operations experience and have a vision for expanding the Credit Union’s Member Business Lending offerings into the future.

Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the development of the annual Marketing Plan and executing marketing initiatives in alignment with the strategic objectives of the Atlantic Federal Credit Union. The Marketing Specialist will help drive Member acquisition, Member retention, community relations and brand awareness/recognition. The Marketing Specialist will develop strategic, optimized and differentiated sales collateral and digital content.

Deposit Operations Specialist

The Deposit Operations Specialist will actively participate in supporting deposit and loan growth in conformity with NCUA regulations as well as Credit Union policies and procedures. Responsibilities include providing Members with quality service and technical and administrative support for the share draft services, electronic funds transfers (EFT), automated clearing house (ACH) functions and VISA debit card disputes in a timely, accurate manner. This position will also be involved in providing information to Members and potential Members regarding share drafts and other Credit Union services, reconciling accounts in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures, and processing payrolls for SEGS (Select Employee Groups) in a timely manner.

Universal Member Service Representative (West Orange)

The Universal Member Service Representative (UMSR) is responsible for building a long-term financial relationship with each Member through active participation in the Credit Union’s consultative service culture initiatives. The UMSR will also perform traditional teller functions such as cash drawer balancing and processing Member transaction requests such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.

I was truly expecting to be denied once again like at one of those banks that I've dealt with in the past.  Then she said "We have a loan that fits your needs and you qualify!"  All my worries suddenly went away. I can say that she definitely puts the members first.

  • I made it to the Kenilworth branch just before the 5 pm closing.  Even though it was late, Roberto patiently processed my loan – I’m sure on his own time. Then there’s Karina, who is so helpful and always has a smile. If I had a company, these people would be working for me!  You’re lucky to have staff members of this caliber!
