The next time you call The Atlantic Federal Credit Union, you'll be greeted by Thea. The first time you use the interactive voice system to log in and access banking functionality, you'll need to set up a PIN. Make sure to have your Member number to complete this step.
Your Member number can be found in account details within Online Banking or the Mobile App. Please use your Member number with no leading zeros or numbers after the dash. For example, a Member number of 001234567-00 would be formatted as 1234567.
