UNION, NJ—The Atlantic Federal Credit Union recently opened the doors of its new branch in the Magie Hill Center of Union Township. To celebrate its grand opening at 1331 Magie Avenue, they held an intimate ribbon cutting ceremony. There to help welcome the Atlantic Federal Credit Union to the community was Union Township Committeeman and former Mayor, Manuel Figueiredo, along with several Union Township Chamber of Commerce members, town council members and community advocates.
The newly renovated space - with a drive-thru and 24/7 access ATM - hosted the special event. A highlight of the evening was the presentation of a $1,000 donation to the Gateway Family YMCA. The Atlantic Federal Credit Union was grateful for the opportunity to support the organization’s efforts towards promoting health and wellness in the community.
The Atlantic Federal Credit Union has been serving Union and Essex counties for over 86 years.
